On the morning of November 26, Chang Yi, Dean of School of Artificial Intelligence (“SAI”), Zheng Dong, Deputy Dean, and a delegation of teachers and scientific research officer visited FAW Jiefang Automobile Co., Ltd. (“FAW Jiefang”) to exchange views on big data mining and analysis technology of Internet of vehicles. Guo Ping, the director assistant of Development Institute of FAW Jiefang, with more than 20 people attended the reception and the subsequent meeting.

Chang Yi introduced the general information, teaching faculty and research areas of SAI. Guo Ping, on behalf of FAW Jiefang, extended warm welcome to the visiting delegation. He introduced the general information, cooperation needs and enterprise advantages in detail and then expressed his desire to use the frontier technology of AI to improve the safety, efficiency and economy of commercial vehicles.

After that, the two sides held detailed and in-depth discussions on their cooperation and its future direction, which further affirmed the prospects for future cooperation, and laid the foundation for in-depth cooperation.
