Summary:

Considering the dynamic expression values of genes and the relatively stable correlations among them s, we proposed a multi-classification technology SCP (specific co-expression perturbation) based on co-expression network. By constructing the specific gene co-expression network of each classification and observing the disturbance of samples to be tested on the background network, we achieved accurate prediction of sample staging, grading and molecular typing.
