     The paper “Learning Signed Network Embedding via Graph Attention” published by Li Yu, a 2018 PhD candidate under the supervision of Prof. Chang Yi, was accepted by the CCF-A conference (AAAI 2020) . AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) is one of the top academic conferences in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

This work was in collaboration with Prof. Zhang Jia-yu of Florida State University.

Summary:

Considering the relationship between positive and negative edges in symbolic networks and the different importance of nodes to their adjacent nodes, we generate the embedded representation of nodes in symbolic networks based on the structural balance theory by combining with graph convolution neural network and graph attention mechanism.
