Title: Multi-classification of Cancer Samples based on Co-expression Analyses

Abstract: The expression value of the gene is always dynamically changing, but the correlation between the expression values is relatively stable. This paper proposes a multi-classification algorithm SCP (specific co-expression perturbation) based on co-expression network. The specific gene co-expression network can accurately predict the sample staging, grading and molecular typing by observing the perturbation of the background network by the sample to be tested.
