Title: Towards Precise Parsing: What and How

Abstract: The precise parsing of natural language is the pearl on the crown of Artificial Intelligence, and also the common expectation of many practical applications. This report combines the common needs of event knowledge processing research and application landing in knowledge mapping, introduces the reporter’s decades of research results in the field of the precise parsing of natural language, Associative Grammar (what) and its Parsing Technology (how), discusses the connection between precise parsing and event knowledge processing, and explores the application prospects of these technologies in the financial field.

Biography: Bai Shuo is a Fintech Expert, Chairman of Shanghai Branch of China Computer Federation, Executive Director of Chinese Information Processing Society of China, Chairman of Shanghai Danwo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and Part-time Ph.D. Supervisor of Institute of Computing Technology and Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He once served as the Chief Engineer of Shanghai Stock Exchange, Director of Department of Technical Management of Chinese Computer Network and Information Security Management Center, and Director of Department of Software Research of Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
